It is impossible and frankly unethical to develop a training program for an athlete without understanding his/her unique challenges, goals, physical limitations and strengths. Each athlete begins with a comprehensive evaluation.

The information gathered helps each athlete and parent better understand his/her training needs and how to reach the athlete's goals.
